    For canceling booking, Ocean Hotel will charge the first night room rate (room*1N*room rate) as penalty if the guest cancels or changes during Oct. 1 st to 14th 2007(ubckyde 14th); Ocean Hotel will charge all room rate (rooms*nights*rate) as penalty if the guest cancels or changes after Oct.15th
